65' X 85' Covered Arena!

We offer four boarding options (see below). All stalls are 12' X 12' with either 40' X 80' or 40' X 40' paddocks. The clean, open-air barn is maintained on a daily basis. Every horse has an automatic waterer with tank backup. Alfalfa is fed three-times-a day. Stalls are cleaned daily. Services at extra cost include: Turnout (weather permitting), fly spray application, grooming, holding for vet and/or farrier, basic vet maintenance and sheeting/blanketing. Boarders have access to two arenas, a round pen and miles of safe trails. Theraplate services are available at pre-scheduled times.

Your horse's peace of mind and safety is our top priority. The barn is an open-air metal frame with individual 12' X 12' stalls and 40' X 80' pipe paddocks. We have ceiling fans and a misting system in the west end of the barn. The barn and large tackroom are lighted and a French-drain washrack is available for bathing.

Board

1) Option #1 - Basic board includes three-times-a-day feeding, access to turn out (you turn out on a pre-set schedule), on-site manager 24/7, trailer parking and use of the arenas* and round pen. $650.00/month. With grass hay instead of alfalfa: $850.00/month.

2) Option #2 - Board and Care includes three-times-a-day feeding w/grain in the evening, turn out (we turn out on a pre-set schedule), on-site manager 24/7, trailer parking, use of the arenas* and round pen, saddle rack in small tackroom. $750.00/month. With grass hay instead of alfalfa: $950.00/month.

3) Option #3 - Board, Care and Lessons includes four lessons per month, three-times-a-day-feeding w/grain in the evening, turn out (we turn out on a pre-set schedule), on-site manager 24/7, trailer parking, use of the arenas* and round pen, saddle rack in large tackroom. $850.00/month. With grass hay instead of alfalfa: $1050.00/month.

4) Option #4 - Complete Care with Lessons and Training includes six lessons per month, four professional rides by Susie four times per month, three-times-a-day-feeding w/grain in the evening, turn out (we turn out on a pre-set schedule), on-site manager 24/7, trailer parking, use of the arenas*

and round pen, saddle rack and tackbox space (24" x 40"

traditional tack box) in large tackroom. $1000.00/month. With grass hay instead of alfalfa: 1250.00/month.

* Use of the jumps is limited to riders in the lesson program.
